Executive Accounts I Govern the accounts or assigned territories through the management of sales and post-sales of existing and/or new clients from the Corporate segment, placing the organization's different portfolios in search of recurrent billing growth and market participation. Required Profile Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of commercial experience in selling products and services, preferably in the corporate segment. Training: Professional in engineering. English level: Basic - Intermediate Main Responsibilities: - Solicit clients from the required profile for the segment, offer and sell the defined portfolio by the organization in fixed, mobile, and digital services, as well as those of its subsidiaries and/or allies when designated. - Attend post-sales requests from clients that involve modifications, changes in plans, cancellations, or any request that generates a change in the company's billing systems or in the client's billing, so that their requirements are met. - Follow up on installations or services from the portfolio pending with clients in order to establish agreements with the involved areas to accelerate their attention. - Follow up on services billed to clients, monitor that they are in accordance with what was agreed between the parties in order to report to whom corresponds, according to the defined process, the inconsistencies presented or in default to their immediate superior. - Follow up on the client's portfolio, inform them about future suspensions or withdrawals due to debt of services and avoid adjustments to billing that affect the indicators of the segment. - Prepare account plans, the monthly update of the Share of Wallet and daily sales Funnel, and register the corresponding commercial activities in the company's systems within the required times, guaranteeing the truthfulness and timeliness of the record, as well as generating the reports required to comply with the information needs of the Corporate segment. - Perform the role of intervener or intervention actions when assigned by the immediate superior, efficiently and timely supporting the administrations of the commercial agreements associated. - Participate in the implementation (when required) and compliance with the policies and guidelines established by the Company for its normal functioning and the achievement of its objectives. - Know and apply the regulations related to the processes and procedures in which it participates and are defined by the organization. - Perform additional complementary functions to your role, assigned by the immediate superior. - Ensure the fulfillment of good practices and applicable legal requirements of the Integral Management Systems, oriented towards continuous improvement and quality of the operation.
