Whats unique about this job (What you’ll do) At PriceSmart, we support over a million members across 13 countries—and our digital marketing team is focused on making every interaction smarter, sharper, and more impactful. We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to strengthen the way we measure, report, and act on performance across all digital channels. This role is part of the core engine that helps us grow—not just by reporting numbers, but by translating them into the right conversations, decisions, and optimizations. You’ll be working closely with our marketing, member experience, e-commerce leadership teams and partner teams across the business to connect insight with action. Responsibilities: Lead weekly executive reporting with clear growth-focused insights Maintain and evolve KPI materials across paid media, CRM, social, SEO, and GEO strategies Deliver ad hoc and deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, omnichannel behavior, and digital trends Contribute to strategic initiatives such as marketing mix modeling and media attribution Collaborate with internal teams to drive alignment, knowledge sharing, and data fluency Improve and automate analytics workflows through smarter tools and governance Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are) You hold a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Analytics You bring 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or digital business You have a solid understanding of key funnel indicators like CPM, CTR, engagement rate, conversion rate, ROAS, and MAUs You’re fluent in digital tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Supermetrics, and CDPs—marketing automation experience is a plus You approach every challenge with analytical rigor and an investigative mindset You’re skilled at simplifying complexity and communicating insights clearly—even to executive audiences You go the extra mile to ensure teams get the right recommendations at the right time You're fluent in Spanish and English and comfortable working across a regional landscape Our Commitment We not only embrace and celebrate the diversity of our membership base and communities but also strive to achieve the same in our employees.
