Role Reports To KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER R2 Location Latin America, Colombia, Bolivar, Cartagena Work Location Fully Onsite What You Will Do This position reports to the Key Account Manager of Olimpica and is located in Barranquilla, Colombia. Responsibilities include: Developing client relationships with Olimpica and Megatiendas to meet business objectives (Net Sales, Market Share, Brand Strategy execution, etc.). Ensuring impeccable execution of sales fundamentals at all points of sale in the assigned zone. Maintaining and increasing market share results of KENVUE brands in the zone. Key Responsibilities Achieve annual/monthly sales targets according to company strategies. Manage and control the sales and expenses budget for assigned clients. Coordinate with Operations to ensure implementation of activities at points of sale and receive feedback on opportunities. Ensure relationships and processes comply with internal procedures and Healthcare Compliance policies. Analyze and monitor KPIs to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities. Implement strategies to ensure product rotation both in physical points of sale and online, meeting KPIs like TDPs, WD, Visibility, SOS, etc. Execute all activities in compliance with procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety, health, and environmental management systems (EHS). Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or similar fields. Minimum 18 months experience in consumer goods sales, shopper marketing, category management, or related areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate, Word, PowerPoint). Desired: Basic to intermediate English skills. Experience with e-commerce and digital platforms. Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce are a plus.
