Learning and Development Expert We are seeking a talented Learning Consultant to join our team. As a Learning Consultant, you will play a key role in defining strategies with customers to close new business and maintain existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of direct sales or ELT experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to form and foster effective customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy Development: Identify priorities and develop action plans to implement across assigned territories. - Client Relationship Management: Develop deep intimacy and long-term relationships with clients. - Tech Solutions: Construct strategic plans with clients, including technology solutions. - Financial Targets: Achieve financial targets, sales loading targets, penetration targets, and business predictability. Requirements: - At least 3 years of successful direct sales, ELT, or editorial experience. - Effective oral and written communication skills. - Strong training/presentation skills. - Evidence of strong customer orientation and ability to form and foster effective customer relationships. - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other instructional technology.
