As alanguage specialist, you will be based in Bogota, Colombia, andprimarily be dealing in the following areas: Travel, Retails, and Entertainment including restaurants and ticket knowledge in the Middle East market. You will use your expertise to help our membersget the most from their lives, whilst growing knowledge within yourteam and across the company as a whole. You will use your researchand communication skills to provide personalized solution to ourmembers request within specified time frames. Key Responsibilities- Manage requests in line with agreed deadlines, proposing anexcellent choice of restaurant options, and fully engaging with themember to maximise the conversion of requests to bookings. -Promote the wider Ten business to our members and suggest/takebriefs for other teams in the business (e.g. tickets, travel,motor, home improvement etc.). - Manage your home page ensuringthat jobs and tasks are completed on time and others can quicklyidentify priority jobs in your absence. - Assist Team Leaders and Member Satisfaction team when resolving customer care issuesrelated to jobs you have carried out for members, using your ownpersonal contacts with key restaurant staff where possible. - Todemonstrate you can confidently negotiate a benefit with suppliers(ie: restaurants, transfers) and be able to obtain a booking whenthe member cannot themselves. - To gather member feedback frommembers previous requests and send this feedback throughappropriate channels to ensure we are keeping the member satisfiedand encouraging them to use the service repeatedly - To maintainhigh standards of service and communication with the memberthroughout the request/member journey - To keep administration andresearch relating to the members or the members requests up to datein real time on the in house knowledge managers system in a timelymanner with 100% accuracy to ensure the members requirements areclearly translated into the right actions to minimise any potentialconfusion that can be caused by mistakes - To ensure that anyrequests that could result in commission for ten are capitalised onand accurate invoicing is produced. - To confidently give memberthe belief that if you are unable to secure their first option thatthe LM as the specialist is then offering the next best option Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: - Fluency in English and Arabicis required. Excellent written & oral communication is a MUST.Fluency in other languages, particularly French is highly regarded,as a plus, but not mandatory. Please be prepared to take languagetest in any language you mention as a skill. - Having localknowledge of news & events, culture in the Middle East(primarily around Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha) and other key marketsacross Asia is highly preferred; A plus of is a plus is havingknowledge and experience in working in the travel sector – such asfirsthand experience booking flights, hotels and have confident tomake other travel reservations - Experience in leisure orientatedsector of business, hospitality, customer service, concierge orcall center - An understanding of the luxury lifestyle and affluentcustomers - Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills whendealing with members, suppliers and clients, working in a calm andprofessional manner at all time - Exceptional attention to details - Reactive problem solving - Ability to work with tight deadlinesand under pressure - Strong online research skills ‘Can-Do’ andpositive attitude - Passionate about customer service and sharinglocal tips - Only Arabic speaking candidates who are CURRENTLYbased in Colombia will be considered Shift Patterns Rotationalshifts 5 days a week example either Tuesday - Saturday / or Sunday - Thursday; 9 hours including 1 hour of lunch break.
