We are seeking a Junior Dispatcher to join our logistics operations team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are beginning their careers in logistics and transportation. The role involves supporting dispatch operations, monitoring routes, resolving order exceptions, and assisting with day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Key responsabilities: Monitor active delivery routes and provide real-time updates as needed. Respond to customer and internal emails regarding order lookups, delivery issues, and exceptions. Complete worksheets and documentation in Salesforce related to order management and exception handling. Collaborate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure accurate, timely deliveries. Assist with basic operational and administrative tasks as directed. Escalate delivery or routing issues to the appropriate team members. Qualifications Experience: 1–2 years in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or a related field English:B2 Education: Technical diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM/TMS systems.
