We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team of experts who drive business growth through informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Collect, aggregate, and process large datasets from various sources, including proprietary agency analytics platforms. - Pull data from multiple sources using automated methods; clean and validate data using standard processes and perform regular data quality checks. - Support data processes such as ETL (extract, transform, load); write scripts to automate or process data with guidance, leveraging databases to store and harmonize large datasets for analysis. - Build analytical models (e.g., marketing mix, brand awareness, marketing attribution) and perform analysis with guidance, using standard tools and applications. - Load models into optimization platforms and run simulations and optimizations as directed. - Create and update presentations, analytical dashboards, and simulation tools to support clients and internal teams. - Coordinate with internal and external clients for projects and workflows to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university. - 1 to 3 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on building statistical models or predictive modeling. - Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel, including its advanced features. - Fluency in data management, statistical, and optimization languages: R/SQL/Python. - Strong knowledge of Statistics and Econometrics (e.g., R-square, MAPE, Hypothesis Testing). - Proven track record of collaborating across teams to deliver actionable insights and enhance client deliverables. Desired Skills - Ability to thrive and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environment, with the capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. - Experience in the marketing domain and media measurement, marketing mix, and ROI measurement, simulation, or optimization. - Experience with industry tools such as Syndicated Consumer (Simmons, MRI), Syndicated Sales (Nielsen Polk, JD Powers), Media Consumption (Nielsen, Arbitron, Comscore), Paid Media Monitoring (Kantar, AdViews), and Social Media Monitoring (NetBase, Sysomos). - Prior project management experience is a plus.
