We offer office-based, hybrid, and remote work options on permanent and consultancy contracts globally, making us a true employer of choice.What you'll be doing:We are looking to hire a Senior Application Support Engineer to ensure our customer-facing systems run smoothly 24/7 by responding to alerts and actively monitoring applications and systems.Responsibilities:Mitigate production incidents.Participate in incident triage and post-mortem reviews; document findings.Proactively identify potential issues in production.Track and document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.Create and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring issues.Mentor colleagues.Participate in on-call rotations.Requirements:Experience supporting large-scale applications and systems.Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, including log and audit trail analysis.Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and ELK.Experience configuring, maintaining, and routing alerts.Ability to execute automated tasks and scripts to remediate issues or gather information.Diversity & Inclusion at SportserveAt Sportserve, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
