Reporting to the Regional Director, the Inside Sales Representative will work as part of a collaborative and customer-focused team. We are seeking a self-starter who enjoys being on the phone, telemarketing relevant products to the right people, and nurturing sales leads into successful opportunities and closed deals. Responsibilities 1. Project Promotion Identify decision-makers and influencers in research and manufacturing facilities throughout Latin America. Understand the equipment categories available and match them with customer needs. Proactively build and expand a network in key industries to remain top-of-mind when equipment needs arise. Grow and update the company database with qualified potential customers. Execute outbound call campaigns to promote inventory and industry-specific projects. Use tools like LinkedIn and other platforms to supplement outreach efforts. Meet or exceed goals related to call volume, engagement, lead generation, and sales. Qualify inbound and assigned leads, and guide them through the sales funnel—from prospect to opportunity, offer, and purchase. Negotiate terms and pricing with buyers on behalf of sellers. Draft and submit contracts for equipment sales. 3. Supply Acquisition Identify and manage supply opportunities that complement existing global inventory contracts. Develop and maintain relationships with clients listing equipment for sale on the platform. Serve as Project Manager for clients managing listings through you. 4. Relationship Follow-Up Reconnect with past and existing contacts using an internal CRM with over 700,000 entries and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM. Cultivate relationships with equipment dealers within your assigned industries. Occasionally follow up with clients after sales involving neutral or negative feedback. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, customer service, lead generation, or online business development. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with knowledge of capital equipment. Proficiency in English (B2- C1 level) for effective communication and project management . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of calls, emails, and CRM updates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn web-based platforms and internal systems. Highly effective when working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
