What would you do? Digital Events and Webinars: - Manage virtual platforms to host digital events and webinars. - Coordinate content development with the Marketing team, ensuring it resonates with the target audience. - Collaborate with the LATAM and Brazil Sales teams to organize invitations and secure participant attendance. - Oversee speaker logistics, including coordination and briefing. - Collect and analyze data from webinars to generate actionable reports for future optimizations. Micro-Events (Local Events): - Manage the end-to-end coordination of small-scale, local events aimed at engaging prospects. - Liaise with vendors to obtain quotations and negotiate costs for event services and venues. - Work closely with the LATAM and Brazil Sales teams to update and manage invitation lists and databases. - Coordinate invitation processes, including follow-ups and confirmation tracking. - Collect data for reports, ensuring all micro-event metrics are tracked effectively. Booths and Activations: - Assist in the design and execution of booth strategies at industry events, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. - Manage vendor relationships for booth construction, activations, and marketing assets. - Coordinate quotations, contracts, and logistics with event organizers and partners. - Ensure on-site booth activations are executed seamlessly, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. General Support: - Provide logistical and operational support for the planning and execution of larger events. - Assist in managing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency across all events. - Collect and compile data from events to support detailed reporting and analysis. Your experience has been shaped by: - 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or marketing-related roles. - Familiarity with virtual event platforms and tools like Zoom, LinkedIn, Hopin, Airmeet, and others. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with vendors and cross-functional teams. - Native Spanish with Intermediate or Advanced English. Your SuperPowers: - It is a Plus if you speak Portuguese. - Experience working in SaaS Tech Startups. - You are highly organized and proactive.
