Marketing and Design Specialist This role involves overseeing menu updates, managing online reviews, and developing engaging marketing campaigns. - Develop menus, posters, and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign & Photoshop. - Monitor online reviews on platforms like Yelp, Google Reviews, and TripAdvisor to ensure a strong brand reputation. - Analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports and customer satisfaction data. - Coordinate POS menu changes and collaborate with IT for updates. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly. - Develop digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and web analytics. - Maintain restaurant information, promotions, and visuals across online platforms. Requirements: - Remote position based in the Metropolitan Area of Bogotá, Colombia. - Fluent in English & Spanish (written and verbal). - Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign (Photoshop & Illustrator preferred). - Digital marketing expertise: SEO, SEM, web analytics, online reputation management.
