About the right team member We’relooking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager tohelp define and execute the product strategy for the consumerproduct at ClassPass. Your mission will be to maximize consumergrowth, usage, retention, and lifetime value by managing aportfolio of products that drive member acquisition &engagement;, motivate users to book & attend experiences onClassPass, and inspire them to explore new routines. Aboutthe role - Lead ideation, evaluation, definition, andprioritization of the consumer product vision and roadmap forexisting surface areas and net new 0 to 1 opportunities. - Launchand optimize consumer and business-facing features that deliveragainst our key business goals: increasing member growth, repeatengagement, retention, and ARPU. - Lead a cross-functional squad ofengineers, designers, and research to scope and execute highest ROIproduct opportunities. - Build alignment with key stakeholders fromacross the organization, seek a range of perspectives and solicithonest feedback. - Be the voice of the consumer: lead userdiscovery via user research, design sprints, and other consumertouchpoints. - Synthesize quantitative and qualitative user data toinform key product decisions that address user needs. Skills &experience; - You are a seasoned product manager with a track recordof shipping impactful, well-loved web and mobile products. Bonuspoints if you have experience building and growing two-sidedmarketplaces. - You are comfortable working in ambiguity,frequently seeking new data & learnings to inform how toachieve the maximum ROI. - You can think strategically, creatively,and collaboratively to define product goals, vision, strategy, androadmap for a complex product. - You’re experienced with an agilediscovery and development process and working collaboratively withfull stack product teams. - You are technically and analyticallysavvy, with knowledge about how products are built and arecomfortable defining, querying, and interpreting your own data. Youhave run large-scale experiments to validate and measure productchanges. - You have a proven track record as strong communicator,influencer, and cross-functional partner. - You have deep consumerempathy that supports strong consumer product intuition based onexperience, but also consistently reinforce this through a deepunderstanding of user feedback and analytical data. - You have atleast 3 years of experience in product management.
