As a key member of our tech leadership team, you will report directly to the CTO and be responsible for creating new AI-related products for the BairesDev Group. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of multiple products that have already shown great initial results and scale them to new heights. You will lead the AI team by assigning tasks, supervising, mentoring, and unblocking challenges while working hands-on to develop new products, create new features, and ensure overall performance.
