What We Are Seeking We aim to attract top talent to support Bizagi’s growth across LATAM. As an Account Executive, you will drive enterprise sales initiatives within select accounts or regions. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, enjoy building new business, and have proven success selling BPM or similar enterprise software to business and IT leaders. We value team players who collaborate internally and externally to ensure success. Key Tasks & Accountabilities Develop and grow relationships within assigned accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. Own the strategic direction, lead discovery sessions, strategize solutions, deploy resources, and partner across functions for successful implementations across industries and locations. Forecast sales activities and revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction for future opportunities. Skills 8+ years of enterprise BPM solution sales experience with a successful track record in complex software sales. Understanding of technical product features and ROI articulation. Consistent quota achievement and proven earnings. Consultative sales skills and market knowledge, especially within existing verticals. Experience working with consulting partners and managing multiple opportunities in a complex sales environment. Proficiency with CRM tools and managing the full sales cycle. Strong communication, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English. Level of Experience Intermediate #J-18808-Ljbffr
