Design solutions or suggest alternatives for new projects based on deep understanding of available systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field. Five to seven years supporting complex systems or applications, including end-user support and documentation of technical specifications. Experience with system integration, understanding internal dependencies, and coordinating with teams for technology implementation. Programming experience in Java, SQL, C#, Switch, and familiarity with payment methods and channels. Knowledge and Skills: Research skills, resource identification, and information assessment. Attention to detail, deductive and inductive reasoning, and innovative problem-solving. Strong project management, organizational, and data analysis skills.
