Direct message the job poster from Bloom Digitals We’re seeking a B2B Outreach Specialist who will help us connect with decision-makers in the real estate investment and property management space—specifically Portfolio Managers at investment firms focused on student housing or multifamily, Marketing Directors at property management firms, and Regional Sales Managers at those same firms. We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented team member to take ownership of lead generation on LinkedIn. Your mission is to build a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B leads through personalized outreach, engaging messaging, and thoughtful follow-ups. You will work closely with the founder and sales team to refine targeting and messaging and directly contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities - Identify, research, and reach out to high-potential leads in line with our Ideal Client Profile (ICP): - Portfolio Managers at investment firms in student housing or multifamily - Directors of Marketing at national property management firms - Regional Sales Managers at national property management firms - Craft and send tailored connection requests and messages using a friendly yet professional tone. - Maintain a response rate of 15–20% through thoughtful follow-up and conversation management. - Move leads through the sales funnel, aiming to convert 20% + into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). - Update CRM tools (Airtable, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and maintain accurate records and dashboards. - Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or LinkedHelper to automate and optimize outreach. - Collaborate with the team to test messaging, audience segments, and outreach cadences. - Provide insights on lead quality, objections, and patterns for continuous improvement. Requirements - C1+ level of English (especially written). - Strong writing and personalization skills — able to sound human, not robotic. - 3+ years of experience with LinkedIn lead generation or outbound B2B prospecting. - Comfortable using CRM and outreach tools (or eager to learn them quickly). - Familiarity with tools like Slack and Airtable (or similar). - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Self-starter attitude with a bias toward execution.
