We are looking for our new Executive Assistant ! Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal and Administrative Support to assist senior management or designated teams in optimizing their daily operations. This role involves providing both personal and administrative support by handling a wide range of responsibilities, from managing errands to maintaining organized documentation and offering logistical assistance. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, discreet, and committed to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of leadership functions. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day personalized support to senior management or assigned teams. Coordinate and execute personal and professional errands as required. Organize and maintain both personal and work-related documents, files, and records. Offer general logistical support, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars. Act as a liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of senior staff, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Meeting Scheduling and Follow-Up: Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring participant availability, booking physical or virtual spaces, and sending out agendas in advance. Follow up on action items and assigned tasks to ensure completion. Travel Expense Management: Handle the request, control, reimbursement, and follow-up of travel expenses for team members. This includes preparing expense reports, maintaining supporting documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and other engagements. Assist with administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the team or leadership office.













Offer Requirements & Details Qualifications: Proven experience in a personal assistant, executive support, or administrative role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
