What You'll Do (Responsibilities): - Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialized roles (e.g., virtual assistants, customer support, back-office, legal assistants, digital marketers) ensuring a pipeline of top-quality candidates. - Rapidly source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative techniques to identify individuals who embody AIM's core values and excel in performance. - Develop and execute aggressive recruitment strategies to meet urgent staffing demands for both internal AIM roles and client-facing positions. - Conduct in-depth interviews, skills assessments, and background checks to ensure the highest caliber of hires. - Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics to optimize processes and report on key metrics. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice. - Support critical HR functions, including onboarding, performance management assistance, and contributing to employee retention initiatives. - Act as a brand ambassador for AIM Staffing Solutions, promoting our unique culture and value proposition to attract top talent. - Provide direct and constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders, aligning with our culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications): - Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong background in high-volume and mass recruitment strategies. - Absolutely fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) – this is non-negotiable for success in this role. - Proven ability to quickly identify, attract, and close top-tier talent across diverse roles and industries. - Exceptional interviewing, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws (Colombia and/or USA is a plus), and HR principles. - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms. - Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple urgent priorities simultaneously. - An Overcomer mindset: resilient, coachable, takes initiative, proactive, and thrives on breaking boundaries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide direct feedback and build strong internal and external relationships. - Based in Medellín or willing to relocate immediately.
