MISSION Support the Nourish Division leader in all administrative tasks **Responsibilities**: - Support in the administration of the agenda including adding, modifying, arranging meetings either in person or virtual. - Coordination and open communication with the Regional Nourish President Assistant and the subregions. - Daily, weekly and monthly issuing of reports from MyBis - When needed support to the Sales Group leaders - Scheduling of travel plans including flights, hotels, internal transports, etc as per company guidelines. - Coordination in the filing of documents and signature of them when requested by other areas. - Support in the organization and presentation of travel expenses in Concur with respective scanning of support documents - Analysis of travel reports coming from BCD and any other party. - Participation in the companies initiatives and be an active member of the IFF ANDEAN CAS&C; team. - Support in the creation of presentations and collateral materials. - May resolve routine and non-routine inquiries EDUCATION Technical level with knowledge of Administrative taskls FORMATION Good leve lof knowledge of Office tools and excellent if has SAP experience.
