**Careers that Change Lives**: We are looking to add an energetic, organized, and curious Senior Financial **System Analyst focused on Internal Customer Service and Finance Systems support. This role is **part of the Bogota Shared Service Center and works closely with Medtronic's Global FP&A; Systems team supporting our internal customers in their requests related to Reporting, Security and Financial Data Accuracy. This role supports internal Finance and Non-Finance employees building trust in the data they see and ensuring appropriate access to it. This role will have a strong focus on data enablement and will work closely with Multicultural and Cross Functional Teams at all levels of the organization. Medtronic walks the walk, creating an inclusive culture where you can thrive. _ **A Day in the Life**: - Leverage your advanced English communication skills to provide guidance and drive issue resolution across the globe and supporting teams. - Take advantage of your exceptional attention to detail skills to review the Global Financial data daily, to ensure all of our dashboards are at the highest data quality. - Collaborate with your counterparts in Shanghai to effectively handle tickets and always ensure SLA is met. - Support broader Shared Service Center team in their maintenance of Hyperion project and cost center dimensions as well as the preparation, scheduling and distribution of the global Hyperion CMR and SPEND reports. - Support global FP&A; systems team in delivery of next-generation cost center and project reporting. - Leverage PBI knowledge to identify and implement small effort enhancements to FDC PBI reports and partner with IT partners on larger effort PBI projects. - Proactively review and ensure systems are working as designed, efficiently leveraging technology and process to reduce user found issues. - Serve as escalation point for all global Shared Service Center teams where IT partner engagement is required. - Support stakeholder defined implementation of user adoption and solution enhancement efforts. - Support strategic platform enhancement efforts via performance monitoring, reconciliations and testing to ensure optimal customer experience. - Proactively review and update process documentation, on regular basis. - Maintain, improve, and present the dashboard that tracks all tickets handled by the area. **Must Have: Minimum Requirements** - Bachelor's Degree. - Advanced English Level - 4 years’ relevant experience in an internal customer facing role that included data management and Finance Reporting responsibilities. - Foundational understanding of Finance reporting and concepts. - Excellent communication skills. - People skills. - Team player. - Great adaptability. - Experience maintaining Finance Reporting, including impacts of structure, security, and dataflow changes. - Demonstrated systems aptitude and ability to adapt to a changing environment. - Experience enhancing/maintaining Microsoft PowerBI reports. - Experience running SQL/Python queries and modifying existing VBA. - Advanced experience working with Excel and Word. - Maintains strong communication with cross-functional internal partners and customers. - Demonstrated organization skills and highly detail and process oriented. - Strives to continually improve processes, possesses critical thinking and intellectual curiosity. - Must move with Speed & Decisiveness to meet our customer’s needs. **Nice to Have** - Advanced Power BI development experience. - Snowflake and Hyperion experience. - Experience managing access to sensitive information. - MDM or Hierarchy management tool experience. - Experience developing SQL queries and VBA scripts. - Experience in Global Service Centers, Medical Device or related. **About Medtronic** Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
