Project Management Specialist As a Project Management Specialist, your primary role is to lead and conduct project execution capability assessments or project health checks to identify gaps impacting project execution. You will provide project management consultations to project teams as required. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct project execution capability assessments or project health check assessments for joint venture projects and present the outcome to the project sponsor. - Analyze project performance and present results to the project team and project sponsor. - Prepare reports to analyze project progress in development or execution stages. - Facilitate project risk analysis. - Collect and analyze project lessons learned. - Support project teams by providing consultation on project management best practices and procedures. - Review and analyze project economics, governance, organization setup, execution strategy, cost estimating, scheduling, contracting, procurements, risk management. - Provide support to develop business plans, project feasibility studies, and project technical development. - Analyze claims and advise on negotiation strategies. - Conduct benchmarking studies. Minimum Requirements: - A bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized program is required. A master's degree in engineering is preferred. - 15 years of work experience in project management, including at least 10 years as a project or construction engineer. - PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (or equivalent) is required. - Downstream Oil & Gas experience is necessary. - Work experience in mega projects for refineries, petrochemicals, or infrastructure industries is required. - Experience in developing project scope, project schedules, and cost estimates is essential. - Knowledge of modularization and stick-built construction processes is required. - Demonstrated knowledge of project engineering practices, governance, bid evaluation, cost estimating, planning, scheduling, and technical development is necessary. - Ability to work in an international business environment and cross-cultural professionals is required. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI is necessary. - Presentation skills and efficient communication are essential. - Advanced English language skills are required.
