Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to provide analytical and operational support to our commercial team. This role plays a key part in managing sales data, maintaining reporting accuracy, supporting vendor relationships, and enabling business decision-making through dashboards and key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities: Generate and maintain weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Manage local databases (primarily using Excel). Build dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). Support operational tasks related to vendor management. Define and track key business performance indicators (KPIs). Job Qualifications 2 to 3 years experience as Sales Operations Analyst. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros preferred). Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, basic DAX). Basic knowledge of programming or data processing tools such as Python or Knime. Intermediate English skills (reading technical reports and documentation). Have strong verbal and writing interpersonal skills.
