Health, Safety and Quality Expert The position of Health, Safety and Quality Section Head is critical to ensuring the well-being of employees within the organization. We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our in-house Health and Safety Service, develop a safe working environment, and promote health and safety awareness across the institute. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Health & Safety Service in collaboration with external experts. - Create, update, and monitor health and safety documentation. - Organize regular site inspections, risk assessments, emergency procedures, and disseminate information to all employees. - Coordinate medical check-ups and plan annual health and safety actions. - Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, and report findings to relevant authorities. - Liaise with regulatory bodies, conduct audits of the health and safety system, and manage health and safety training. - Provide expert advice on health and safety matters and coordinate occupational risk prevention activities. - Oversee health and safety committees and ensure adherence to established protocols and regulatory requirements. - Develop and maintain the quality management system, design processes related to quality, and maintain policies and records. Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Degree in Risk Prevention, Science, or related field, or Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. - Proficiency in MS Office, teamwork, proactivity, client orientation, motivated attitude, and excellent communication skills. - High level of spoken and written English. - Valuable experience in this sector and training in biosafety are highly desirable.
