As a CyberSecurity GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Analyst, your responsibilities will be: Assess and improve security/IT controls aligned with business goals and compliance frameworks. Develop and advise on policies, procedures, and standards based on audit findings and industry best practices. Conduct risk and compliance assessments to identify gaps and support program growth. Translate technical audit/compliance results into actionable insights for stakeholders. Work with GRC tools to track risks, controls, and remediation plans. In addition, you can make a difference if you meet: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in cybersecurity, information systems or related fields. 4–5 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, audit, risk, or compliance. Expertise in common security and privacy frameworks and regulations. Strong understanding of audit processes and ability to drive successful audit outcomes.
