You're the player we're missing on this TOP Team! We’re looking for a Supervisor Lead. You will be responsible for managing the of supervisors and agents assigned to the team, in order to reach compliance and exceed the operational standards. You must check constantly the performance and quality of both supervisors and agents according to the stablished targets. What you’ll be doing: Daily follow up to the TOPS to manage supervisors. Support, motivate, evaluate, and provide coaching to the team. Maximize team’s productivity. The TOP Team is looking for someone who: Has a 90% and up English level. Has al least 1 year of experience as a supervisor or as a lead in sales or commercial accounts. Has experience/knowledge in digital marketing. Has experience leading teams Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude. Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
