We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving new business by identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: High-Volume Outreach: Make 80-100 calls per day to potential leads via phone to introduce Thecompulab's services and generate interest. Lead Generation: Research and identify new prospects through various channels such as cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events. Qualify Leads: Use consultative selling techniques to assess prospect needs, qualify leads, and determine readiness to engage. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve outreach efforts. Maintain CRM: Document all outreach activities, lead interactions, and progress in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Set Appointments: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads to present product offerings. Metrics Driven: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification goals. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Thecompulab's solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as an SDR, in a sales, or customer service role, preferably with a focus on high-volume outreach (1+ year). Phone Skills: Comfort and experience with a high volume of outbound phone calls (80-100 calls/day). Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects. Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment. Organizational Skills: Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Passion for Technology: A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn more about Thecompulab's products and industry. Sales Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or sales development is a significant plus. Technical & Work Environment Requirements: A fast and reliable computer capable of handling multiple tools simultaneously. A stable high-speed internet connection for uninterrupted calls and CRM access. A noise-canceling headset to ensure clear communication during outbound calls.
