**BOGOTA** - LEGAL**LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER LATAM**: We are looking for a brilliant legal mind to join our Legal and Compliance team as a Compliance Manager & Team Lead for Latin America Regional Compliance Team. - RECRUITER - MEGAN NOBLE**The Challenge** You will report to the Director of Compliance, working closely with the Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel for Betsson Operations. You must also be available for travel abroad from time to time. You will be mainly responsible for: - Advising and counselling the organisation on a wide-range of compliance issues and regulatory matters associated with the commercial operations, with an emphasis on structuring and implementation of complex business projects; More generally, you will be responsible for identifying compliance issues, providing analysis of business/operational/compliance risks and creating and implementing solutions structured to achieve business objectives efficiently; - Coordinating with other members of the Legal and Compliance team on various aspects of legal and compliance matters arising in LATAM - Managing regulatory audits and inspections as may arise from time to time - Managing relationships with external legal counsel as required - Following the work of interest groups and other relevant associations and working with the Head of Regulatory Affairs on company-specific positions - Keeping abreast of developments in approaches to regulation - Manage LATAM regional compliance team. **What’s in it for you?** This role offers the opportunity to work in a challenging but dynamic environment.
