Regional Maintenance & Repair Supervisor (Based in Colombia) We are looking for talented people to help us develop innovative and sustainable solutions. We're excited to invite you to become Regional Technical Container Maintenance & Repair Supervisor, where you will play a key role in transforming the shipping industry. What You'll Do: Oversee container maintenance and repair costs with the support of your teams. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead continous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Cost Control to optimize processes and drive cost-reduction projects. Prepare management reports and ensure compliance with the Group's technical and repair strategics. Serve as the main point of contact for operational questions related to our equipment. Conduct spot audits at depots and implement new tolls or processes as needed. Skills / Competences Reefer container management Container repairs diagnosis and follow up. Knowledge of the legal and regulatory frame. Financial and economic knowledge. Quality standards and regulations. Data analysis and diagnosis. Managing contractors and suppliers. What We're Looking For: Bachelor´s degree in Engineering (Structural, Materials, Energy, Refrigeration) or Industrial Maintenance. Operational experience in container depot management or similar.
