Key Responsibilities - Process position and job data changes in HR systems accurately and efficiently. - Ensure compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and established control mechanisms. - Provide timely responses to inquiries related to position management and employee lifecycle events. - Identify and escalate issues promptly to ensure prompt resolution. Accountabilities - Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships and leverage broader bank knowledge. - Data Management: Process position and job data changes in HR systems accurately and efficiently. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and established control mechanisms. - Communication: Provide timely responses to inquiries related to position management and employee lifecycle events. Requirements - Education: High school diploma or equivalent, preferably in a related field. - Experience: Relevant experience in resolving customer service requests, preferably in an HR or related environment. - Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong computer application skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat).
