Right now, no one is consistently owning and executing B2B deals. Our pipeline is under-managed, our web-scraping is manual (for now), our follow-ups are falling flat, and our deal cycle is stuck. We need someone who can hunt, pitch, and win—with clarity, urgency, and resilience. THE TRANSFORMATION YOU'LL CREATE Cloud9 surpasses 100 units in Chicago through strategic new deals Revenue Share becomes a repeatable sales motion, not just a founder-led pitch We see consistent weekly deal flow from a predictable pipeline Our tracking, CRM, and scrapping systems are built and used We open a second market by year-end, with building partners queued up THE RESULTS WE'RE PAYING FOR 90-Day Success Metrics: Close 2 new units/month under Revenue Share Send 10 tailored offers/week to qualified building leads Maintain a pipeline of 30+ active opportunities Identify and qualify partners in 1 new city Your Scorecard: Are you consistently closing new buildings?
