Business Development Representative Remote Join to apply for the Business Development Representative Remote role at Aprende Institute . Job Overview The BDR is responsible for contacting potential clients via phone and email, following established business processes to generate partnerships with Aprende Recruiting. This role is 100% in English and focused on the U.S. market. Aprende Recruiting is an affiliate of Aprende Institute, connecting businesses with qualified, job-ready talent across industries such as hospitality, tourism, and healthcare, primarily serving Spanish-speaking professionals in the U.S. Responsibilities Contact and Prospect Management (85%) Contact companies from a prospect list via calls and emails. Present Aprende Recruiting and generate interest in our services. Schedule meetings with decision-makers for the Head of Partnerships. Conduct follow-ups to confirm meetings and maintain prospect interest. Identifying New Opportunities (15%) Identify prospects matching our ideal client profile. Document market insights and company needs. Meeting Goals and Quality Standards Ensure quality compliance to foster strong client relationships. Information Management and Reporting Update interactions in HubSpot CRM. Follow up and reschedule meetings as needed. Optimization of Tools and Processes Maintain accurate information to improve tools and processes. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of experience in telephonic sales of intangible services or B2B appointment setting in English, with quota achievement (mandatory). Experience in cold calling and persistent follow-ups (mandatory). Experience in recruitment or healthcare sectors (desirable). Skills and Competencies Bilingual in Spanish and English (mandatory). Strong sales skills: needs analysis, persuasion, negotiation. Proficiency in G-Suite tools. Adaptability and collaboration skills. Goal-oriented, resilient, and tolerant of frustration. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling to medium/large companies and HR teams. Knowledge of the U.S. labor market. Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
