Customer Relations Manager: Supervise daily operations and staff to achieve maximum efficiency of the intake department during new client onboarding. Ensure that all steps in the new client onboarding process are completed in a timely manner. Ensure compliance is maintained during new client onboarding according to industry guidelines. An excellent Customer Relations Manager must be an organized, reliable, and results-driven professional. They must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot, partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements. As a customer relations manager, you must also have excellent customer service and communication skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop objectives for the day-to-day activities during client onboarding. Supervise and ensure optimal performance of the intake department. Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology, etc.). Collect and analyze operational statistics. Hire, coach, and provide training to personnel to maintain high operational standards. Evaluate performance with key metrics using KPI systems. Prepare reports for different departments or upper management. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a BPO, Call Center, Operations, or Customer Success Manager. Experience in customer service is required. Experience supporting/handling USA clients is required. Experience in the healthcare industry preferred. Knowledge of performance evaluation and KPI systems. Solid understanding of reporting procedures. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability. Positive and patient. High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be preferred.
