**Job description** - Serves as regional coordinator to confirm QC contractors for assignments. - Coordinates inspection and audit projects in Mexico and Latin America with contractors and suppliers. - Creates and manages jobs in the database for inspection, audit, and sourcing projects. Process contractor’s invoices. - Supports Account Managers by contacting contractors in Pro QC's existing network to confirm availability for service requests. - Assists the Technical Supervisor with inspection reports review. - Helps in Managing and keeping updated the ISO 17025 certified testing lab’s Quality Management System. - Ensures that all the processes and documentation related to calibration, maintenance, testing, etc. are correctly performed. - Receives and manages nonconformities from clients and other entities. - Responsible for the internal and external audits, corrective actions, etc. - Assists with the recruitment process in Latin America in key locations or when new sources are needed. - Other tasks as assigned. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - 3+ years of working experience in office environment and with direct communication with suppliers / manufacturers and or trading company (preferred). - Strong customer service and project management skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Highly organized and solution-oriented. - Detail-oriented and able to prioritize. - Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.**Responsibilities**: - Set objectives and strategies for the IT department to align with the global nature of business and growth objectives - Create appropriate global IT structure and positions befitting organization size and strategic direction - Plan and lead IT-related projects, with top priorities being: - Global IT review - Global helpdesk support for day-to-day IT challenges - Global telephony - Video solution for operational personnel in factories - Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits. - Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience - Plan the implementation of new systems and guide IT professionals and other staff within the organization - Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers - Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance o Monitor changes or advancements in technology to propose ways the company can gain a competitive advantage - Analyze the costs, value, and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions **Required Experience**: - Proven experience as IT Manager or at least 5 years experience in IT Management in global business with disparate IT needs - Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure o Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation - Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations o Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities - A strong strategic and business mindset o Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities **Other Skills**: - BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field and/or knowledgeable in system architecture, programming and software design (MSc/MA will be preferred) - Deep understanding of software and data architecture - Proven capability to run a portfolio of IT projects including the product development process that includes design, development, testing, cutover & early release, and ongoing support - Hands-on coding experience (preferred)
