As a UI Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user-centric interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This position is ideal for a talented individual who can balance design-focused engineering skills with the ability to collaborate closely with our product team. "> Key Responsibilities - Create clean, responsive, and accessible interfaces and experiences that empower customers and internal teams by identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements. - Collaborate with the product team and pair with a Rails engineer to bring designs, features, and products to life within our 6-week cycle Shape Up process. - Analyze and optimize user experience, accessibility, performance, and code quality across our interfaces. - Develop new features and improve existing functionality through iterative projects within 6-week cycles. Tech Stack and Tools - Ruby on Rails, Hotwire (Turbo, and Stimulus), Tailwind v4. - Figma as the primary design software tool. - Github for version control and CI/CD, utilizing the Shape Up methodology.
