Customer Facing Staff Responsibilities Responsible for winning business and impacting approaches, projects, and programs within the functional area or affected business organization. The role influences the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team, guided by commercial practices and policies. It involves significant control over commercial priorities and requires high levels of commercial judgment to achieve desired outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities Manage the long-term success of GE’s relationship with a set of accounts to meet customer and GE goals. Drive sales growth, define and implement a 1-3 year plan, develop and execute a sales strategy across the product portfolio, and lead large, strategic customer purchases and account teams. Develop specialized knowledge of the latest commercial developments in the area and communicate effectively to influence others. Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility. Maintain in-depth knowledge of best practices, market competition, and differentiators. Typically serve as a first-line manager of professionals or a second-line manager of a sales department, acting as a resource for less experienced colleagues. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resources, explaining complex information and building consensus. Develop persuasion skills to influence others within the field. Required Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in Sales & Client Management. Advanced English proficiency. Background in Industrial Engineering, Business, or Administration. Knowledge level comparable to a Master’s degree or equivalent experience. Desired Characteristics Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs/projects, and manage projects effectively. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs with established project management skills.
