Experience in designing and managing business and ServiceNow process procedures and work instructions, with a focus on continual improvement. Understanding of how processes integrate and operate across the enterprise. Best practices in process and functional areas. Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
