Job Title: Skilled Tool Technician We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious tool technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and repair tools to meet factory specifications and customer satisfaction. - Diagnose and repair tool capabilities to ensure optimal performance. - Maintain tools to ensure they are in good working condition. - Perform preventative maintenance on shop tools as scheduled. - Clean and maintain the mechanic work area and tools. - Use proper support equipment PPE at all times. - Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures. Essential Skills and Qualifications: - Demonstrate problem-solving skills with minimal supervision. - Ability to interpret packing slips and complete tool repair tags accurately. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Commitment to company values, including people, safety & wellbeing, accountability, responsibility, empowerment, honesty, transparency, and integrity.
