As a **Growth Strategist**, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our powerhouse marketing team, ensuring that every campaign delivers bold, high-impact results. **What You’ll Be Doing** You’ll be the go-to expert for our clients, guiding them through innovative strategies and ensuring their brand thrives in a competitive digital landscape. From the moment you onboard a client, you’ll work to deeply understand their business, challenges, and goals. You’ll **craft and refine marketing strategies** that align with their vision, leveraging Social Seed’s disruptive approach to **drive engagement, conversions, and measurable growth.** **Collaboration is key.** You’ll work closely with creative teams, media buyers, and content strategists to ensure every campaign is executed seamlessly. Whether it's a high-impact paid media strategy, a viral content push, or an audience growth initiative, you'll be there to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. Throughout each campaign, you’ll track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide clients with clear, actionable insights to optimize results and maximize ROI. Beyond execution, you’ll be a trusted advisor, keeping clients ahead of the curve by introducing them to the latest trends, innovations, and digital marketing best practices. You'll identify opportunities to scale their success - whether through upselling, cross-selling, or refining their marketing approach - always ensuring Social Seed is a key driver of their growth. **What It Takes to Win Here** We need a **marketing strategist, a relationship builder, and a results-driven leader**. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and can confidently lead both clients and internal teams toward marketing success, you’ll fit right in. You should have a deep understanding of digital marketing, from paid ads to content strategy, experience in **CRM systems (Copper, Pipedrive and willing to learn others), client retention strategies, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.** Strong **sales and negotiation techniques** will help you identify growth opportunities within accounts, while your **strategic mindset and market knowledge** will allow you to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Soft skills are just as crucial.
