Job Responsibilities Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through deployment, including data acquisition, configuration, validation, UAT, tuning, and deployment phases. Oversee project tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget. Establish and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, including business users and management. Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients. Develop, implement, and maintain standard practices for client implementations aligned with the Actimize operating model. Communicate customer requirements and concerns to internal teams, including product management and R&D. Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Engage at a high level in functional and technical aspects of projects. Coordinate multiple projects across various internal teams and stakeholders. Align project objectives with company goals and ensure clarity within the project team. Build and nurture long-term client relationships. Mentor team members and foster a learning environment. Translate business requirements into innovative solutions using existing and new products. Qualifications 8-12 years of experience in the IT industry. At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience. PMP or Prince2 certification. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience. Proven track record managing major projects involving diverse operations and technology groups. Experience in the financial securities industry, including risk management, compliance, and AML. Experience in software or technology environments is a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards. Problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills.
