Type: Full-Time Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Responsibilities Open and manage real estate files, track key deadlines (attorney review, inspection, mortgage contingency, etc.) Draft, format, and revise correspondence and legal documents (e.g., contract riders, estoppel certificates, tax prorations, post-closing escrows) Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and brokers Order and review title commitments, payoffs, municipal transfer stamps, and HOA documents Assist attorneys with final settlement statement and closing preparation Monitor and maintain checklists, calendars, and file status updates Handle e-signatures, client portals, and secure document transmission Perform other administrative support tasks such as scheduling, file organization, and light billing or data entry Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate law or legal support role involving real estate transactions. Familiarity with Illinois real estate practices and Multiboard Residential Real Estate Contract (preferred) this is not a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and transaction or practice management software (e.g., Clio, Qualia, Smokeball - this a preference) Experience working with ALTA settlement statements and closing disclosures a plus Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable with remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, secure file sharing)El equipo reclutador buscará estos conocimientos y habilidades en las postulaciones.
