About the job: In this role, you need a deep understanding of technology, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You'll work with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, align on requirements, and launch new products. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, and workflows. Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements. Evaluate solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value. Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand the value proposition. Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure timely delivery of quality features, organize testing, and gather feedback. Qualifications: 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical role. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Experience with agile methodologies (Jira, Asana). Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript. Organizational skills for managing priorities remotely. Ability to define, track, and report KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus. Experience with AI and P2P projects is a plus.
