Job Duties Under strict supervision, this role enhances customer relationships and expedites revenue recognition by performing assigned tasks within one or more quote to cash (QTC) process domains, including pre-sales, product delivery, and service delivery activities. These are required to support an assigned geography, global account, or customer segment. When performed correctly, these tasks have minimal impact on the organization’s viability. Errors are easily identified by the supervisor and can be corrected. Skills are typically acquired through 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the high-tech sales or service industry. Experience with Halliburton in distribution or finance administration, along with familiarity with sales administration and financial aspects of the business, is favorable.
