We create managed platforms that enable Microsoft 365 engineering teams to develop and release new services to their customers. As an experienced and technical Senior Product Manager, you will drive strategy and roadmap for our Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform, focusing on customer self-service automation, AI Agents, Linux workload support, and close collaboration with engineering teams to build scalable, world-class software systems. Promote the product to new customers within Microsoft. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, including platform owners, engineering teams, and compliance auditors. 4. Coordinate with Microsoft 365 and Azure teams to develop new features and ensure business continuity. 5. Manage the backlog and prioritize features to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. 6. Deliver an enterprise-grade platform across cloud environments following go-to-market strategies. 7. Build partnerships with technical leaders across the company. 8. Uphold our culture and values. Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience. - Familiarity with Kubernetes or container technologies. Preferred: - Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience. - Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. - Curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguity. - Positive, collaborative attitude with a bias for action. - Commitment to a healthy team culture. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills. - Experience with software platforms and development processes. - Empathy for developers and customer-centric approach. - Design thinking and data-driven decision-making skills. - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and build vision and roadmaps for complex areas.
