Key Responsibilities: - Operational Strategy: Design and execute strategies to support clients throughout the recovery process, ensuring healthy levels of collections, service, and goal achievement by effectively influencing third parties. - Communication: Foster clear and consistent communication with indirectly reporting teams to align objectives, projects, and strategies while keeping local and global stakeholders informed about progress and market challenges. - Scalability and Integration: Prepare operations for accelerated growth by integrating new products or processes in a controlled manner, ensuring operational stability. - Project Creation and Implementation: Align the global collections strategy with the local market through project management, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and coordination between global and local teams. - Owning a Roadmap: Evaluate priorities and assess ambiguous tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment. - Bridge Between Teams: Translate regulatory needs into backlog items and lead the day-to-day operations of the Engineering team (Scrum Master/Product Owner). - Metric Tracking: Track and report critical business and SLA/SLO metrics from all integrations established with third parties. We are looking for an experienced Product Operations Specialist who has: - At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. - Previous experience in Collections. - Fluent or native Spanish and English language skills. - Proven experience building roadmaps for tech products. - Genuine curiosity about technical ecosystems that support all our products, including third-party banking integrations. - Proven track record designing and improving processes within a business area encompassing third parties. - Overall business acumen and understanding of unit economics of different financial services products. - Capacity to navigate ambiguous situations and manage challenging stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - Outstanding communication skills and ability to communicate concisely and effectively across all levels of the organization. - Demonstrable track record of tactical stakeholder management. - Experience building partnerships from inception to delivery.
