We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to drive continued differentiation in our services while supporting the development of a long-term offering roadmap. About the Role This role reports directly to the Cybersecurity Services Global Capability Manager and is responsible for high-visibility cybersecurity offerings that support our strategic goal of providing lifecycle services to customers while driving portfolio growth. Key Responsibilities: - SUPPORT THE CURRENT AND FUTURE CYBERSECURITY SERVICES PRODUCT LINE, INCLUDING IMPLEMENTATIONS TO MANAGED SERVICES. - Jointly measure and analyze business performance with the Capability Manager to gain insights into customer buying behaviors. - Connect the Cybersecurity Services Product Line to other businesses within Rockwell Automation to deliver total solution value to customers. - Evaluate new and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity marketplace for integration and development of standard portfolio offerings. - Identify customer needs and collect customer requirements globally from various sources to understand market problems. - Support product line marketing, including presenting concepts, business cases, value propositions, and development to key stakeholders and executives. - Collaborate with multiple services and technology Business Unit Product Managers to ensure the roadmap of products/services/initiatives is widely understood, supported, and aligned with the broader company strategic and product roadmaps. - Identify gaps between the desired roadmap and the realizable roadmap, including options for bridging the gap. - Advocate for the voice of the customer in the product development process. - Track and drive year-over-year growth around product lines under direct control. - Collaborate with Commercial Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to develop marketing plans and commercial launch activities. - Interface with the product development team and provide input on detailed requirements during development. The Essentials: - Bachelor's Degree - A valid authorization to work in the US is required. The Preferred: - Deep understanding of product management, product development, sales, marketing, or a related field in ICS cybersecurity. - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or Marketing. - Commercial background and knowledge of cybersecurity offerings. - Expertise in Lifecycle Services offerings, industry trends, competitive landscape, and service gaps. - Experience communicating complex concepts to executive teams and various audiences. - Previous global experience. - Moderate travel expected.
