This platform aims to enhance property performance and teammember engagement through gamified KPI’s. In this role, you will play acrucial part in fostering meaningful connections with our customers,ensuring their engagement and satisfaction through effective communicationvia email and Zoom. If you are passionate about creating positive customerexperiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to be apart of our growing Team.Responsibilities:Engage customers proactively through email and Zoom, fostering strongrelationships and understanding their needsMonitor email boxes and ticket queues and provide system support toclients via HubSpotUtilize the application to its fullest potential, ensuring customersderive maximum value from our product. Become an expert on our product and services in order to supportclients and make recommendations for training, product use, customizations,and feature requestsAdministrate client instances within our software by creating KPI’s,challenges, bonus trackers, etc. as well as user and company administrationand configurationLiaise with product and engineering teams to communicate client needsand requestsAdvise on User Interface changes based on feedback and engagementdataSurvey clients through feedback and NPS surveys to understand where weneed to be better as a team or are currently providing valueLiaise with sales to provide documentation on value and client feedbackthat can be used to win new businessAnalyze and measure client performance data and engagement to provideclients with reporting and create case studies using client dataProvide high-touch customer service by continually monitoring customerengagement in the app, stepping in to train whenever necessaryFunction as an onboarding specialist, ensuring new customers are up andrunning as quickly as possibleBuild and document the onboarding process to be replicable for a fastgrowing, lean team. Build and document policies and procedures for the client success andonboarding function of a startup company. Define and track KPIs to measure success in customer engagement andonboardingConduct and lead Zoom calls for onboarding, training, and ongoingengagement, utilizing video to enhance communicationCreate training videos and documentation to be used in onboarding andsupport and referenced as part of a company Knowledge LibraryProactively asking questions and being able to read between the linesof clients needs to understand their pain points and work flow and makerecommendations based on what you know of their jobs, industry, and use ofour applicationAudit and review client data to identify missing or erroneousinformation before going live and monitor ongoing transmission of data toensure quick response to integration issuesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldWillingness to work US timezoneProven experience in account management, customer success, or a relatedroleExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with theability to articulate complex concepts clearlyProficient in using email and Zoom for customer engagement andcommunicationStrong analytical skills to interpret customer data and make informeddecisionsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team-orientedenvironmentDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFamiliarity with CRM software is a plus.
