Job Description ***THIS POSITION IS ONLY FOR CANDIDATES BASED IN MEXICO OR COLOMBIA *** We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team and help craft exceptional user experiences across our digital products. You’ll play a critical role in understanding user behavior, identifying pain points, and designing intuitive and accessible solutions that meet both user and business goals. Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and/or mobile platforms. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle. Work closely with UI Designers and Developers to ensure a seamless implementation of design solutions. Maintain and contribute to a design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Requirements 5+ years of experience in UX Design or related field. Strong portfolio showcasing UX work, including design process and outcomes. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Understanding of responsive and accessible design best practices. Requirements Must-Have Skills: 5+ years in UX design roles with a portfolio that showcases complete design lifecycles. Proficiency in: UX research and analysis Wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) Mobile and responsive design Accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG standards) Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working closely with product and development teams (React/React Native understanding is a plus). Nice to Have: Experience designing dashboards, analytics interfaces, or healthcare products. Familiarity with secure systems or HIPAA compliance considerations. UX for map-based interactions (Mapbox, Google Maps). Payments, wallets, or referral flows (e.g., Stripe, Square).
