Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company dedicated to empowering e-commerce merchants through cutting-edge technology and strategic support. We’re looking for a Front-End Developer with a background in E-commerce and CRO principles to help us build sleek, high-converting landing pages and checkout experiences. This is not your average pixel-pushing role — we're talking about full-scale custom campaigns that drive revenue. 🔧 What You’ll Do: - Work with our designers to bring creative visions to life across landing pages, funnels, and checkout flows. - Build responsive, conversion-focused front-ends using JavaScript, CSS, and Tailwind. - Collaborate with our lead developer (based in Brazil) and founder (US) to ship fast and iterate quickly. - Implement and adapt designs with CRO best practices in mind — buttons, layout, mobile-first... you get the idea. 💻 What You Bring: - Strong front-end development experience (3+ years), especially with JavaScript, CSS, and Tailwind. - Familiarity with Shopify, E-commerce funnels, and the concept of conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Experience with Webflow is a big plus. - Strong communication skills, no ego, and an ability to work independently. - Based in or near Latin America for time zone alignment (you’ll collaborate a lot with our team in Brazil). 🧠 Bonus Points: - Experience building direct response pages - Understanding of mobile-first and accessibility best practices - Worked in a fast-paced agency or startup environment 🎁 Perks & Setup: - No micromanagement. We trust you to do your job and deliver. - No time trackers (unless you're clearly taking advantage — then we’ll talk). - Flexible vacation policy. Take time when needed, as long as you're delivering. - Health insurance? We’ll pay it. Just let us know the cost and we’ll cover it. - Fully remote, async-friendly culture. 🚀 Ready to Build Funnels That Convert Like Crazy? We’re not looking for perfection — we’re looking for someone who’s reliable, curious, and wants to build things that make people say "damn, that’s slick."
