We are looking for a Software Engineer II who will Ability to work within a cross-functional Agile team to develop new components in a highly iterative fashion. Involves close collaboration with product owners and QA. Develop critical components that makeup CSG’s core product using AWS, .NET, C#, and Java. Provide Level 2 Support to customers - resolving technical issues/error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment. Resolve complex technical issues. Perform under minimal supervision on significant assignments. Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who: 2 or 3 years of development experience Experience working with .Net Dev: C# Experience working with Java : Java 6 or superior Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a technically related field or equivalent experience.
