What you’ll do: Team & Project Delivery: - Coordinate multiple projects across cross-functional teams. - Maintain high levels of control of the tasks and releases. - Plan project objectives, define tasks and timelines, and assign work to team members. - Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing all phases from initiation to post-launch while ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and budget compliance. - Estimate and plan project delivery roadmap together with a team Client Engagement & Communication: - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates. - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships. Business Development: - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within target markets. - Understand client business goals and proactively suggest improvements or new solutions aligned with their strategy. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities. Requirements for candidate`s experience: - Over 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector. - Experience working in an outsourcing environment managing multiple projects simultaneously; - Experience managing remote, cross-functional global teams. - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc; - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Scrum and Agile. - Strong organizational and communication skills; - Ability to prioritize, handle ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment; - Certifications in Project management; - English proficiency at Advanced level. Will be a plus: - Previous experience as a QA Engineer/Developer; - Experience working with clients from the US, Canada and Europe.
